Great Service From Great People

Just wanted to send my appreciation for the AWESOME support I received from Stan Hughes on 7/21.

I was battling a 2 month old intermittent problem with my Beachcomber that was driving me mad (FLO Error). Every time I wanted to relax in the hot tub, the FLO error would be showing and the water temperature to low to use. Anything but relaxing.

Thought I was going to pay a couple hundred dollars for some local no brand guy to come out and sell me a pump for $500.

Found the manual on line – called your distribution center by accident – she was very nice and gave me the correct number to Technical Support.

Got Stan when I called, he walked me through a straight forward, fairly technical, troubleshooting process and we cleared up the problem in 30 minutes.

Sill working great this afternoon, and expect we fixed my problem. I might need to replace a $50 switch in the future.

This is one of the few times in the last 5 years I’ve called a company for support and had such an excellent experience. I work in the service organization of my company, and I know you never hear the good stuff when it comes to service. I appreciated the professional and expert help Stan provide.

Keep up the great work. If anyone ever asks me for a tub recommendation it will be you guys based on this experience.
